Shipping:
- All shipments will be sent by Priority Mail through the US Postal Service. On occasion we may use UPS Ground for heavy orders. If you would like to request another type of shipping method, please let us know at info@cropstreetcafe.com and we will contact you regarding your shipment.
- Special request orders may take longer depending on the type of order. We will contact you through e-mail to let you know the estimated time on the special orders.

United States: All orders are shipped US Priority Mail. Insurance is included at no additional charge. You must report any missing packages to us within one month from the time of your order.

Canada: All orders are shipped Air Mail letter-post or Air Mail parcel-post, as appropriate. We strongly recommend sending all packages with USPS Delivery Insurance. Claims of loss will be processed through the USPS according to their rules and procedures.

Also note that your local government may add customs fees, duties, or taxes applicable to international orders.
Stock:
- We make every attempt to keep our products in stock. However, in order for us to provide our products at as discount, we do not keep a large inventory. It cuts down on the overhead which leaves us room to offer more of a discount. If we need to re-order a product from our distributors, we will contact you immediately and ship your order within 7-10 business days.
Returns:
- We want you to have a positive experience with Crop Street Cafe and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product (in the same condition it was sent to you) within 15 days for a store credit. Credit will be issued once we have received the returned package and you will be issued the purchase price of the product.
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs.
- We cannot accept returns on books or special order items.
